Entry Deadline and Confirmation:

All Texas Open 2008 entries must be received by September 26, 2008. Entries are not complete until registration fees are paid in full. Entrants will receive a confirmation of entry via email. Entrants who do not receive a confirmation email are responsible for confirming their status by contacting the Texas Open Webmaster at texasopenweb@oltadallas.org.

I agree to waive any and all rights and claims for bodily and emotional injury, damage to my reputation, or any other harm I might suffer. I also waive any rights to claim from OLTA or any of the above organizations or individuals for damages which may arise as a result of reference or photographs of me which may appear in any media coverage of the tournament. I understand this tournament will govern the conduct of the players and enforce the USTA Code of Ethics and the GLTA Rules and Procedures. I agree to conduct myself accordingly. No refunds will be made after draws are posted.
